AUTONOMY welcomes you to review our Amicus Curiae ("Friend of the Court") briefs in support of Oregon and other plaintiffs in Oregon v. Ashcroft and Gonzales v. Oregon. These briefs were filed with the support of several prominent individuals with disabilities. The case
was heard before the Supreme Court of the United States on October 5th, 2005. Oregon and its amici prevailed before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and at the District Court level.
